thefourmula was started by Keith Cooper, an independent artist/producer manager & publisher in 2009.

Keith, based in New York from 2003, is from London, England where he also managed and published many very successful artists & producers.

Amongst his client history are; Cut Chemist, Truth & Soul, Alex Da Kid (with Rebel One Management), Katt Rockell, Ian Brown, Joe Buhdha, Aphrodite, Just Jack, Jungle Brothers, PM Dawn, Jurassic 5, Stereo MCs & Finley Quaye.

Having determined that whatever the size of their catalogue, writers' should be able to collect their songwriting royalties efficiently, simply & cost effectively, together with the possibility of connecting & networking with other artists and helping to promote their songs and music

With an experienced music attorney, Andrew Krents, on board together with a super tech team for all things digital, headed by Gordon Rintoul and web builder Arthur Shim we set out to give you, a solid, supportive & helpful structure - giving you lots of new opportunities in the music industry and at the same time giving both the new writer and established artist the ability to collect their songwriting royalties at top rates and to enjoy meeting, connecting & working with other likeminded artists.
